My cat had a small wound. Due to scratching, her wound healed late. Will her fur grow?

Give it time…it should grow back fine. The fur may be a little thin, but it should grow back.

My cat had about a loonie size wound on her neck. We took her to the vet and it was cleaned out and everything, she got some anitbotic cream and the wound healed fine, and the fur is now completely back to normal, you can’t even tell. I would think it would be the same for your cat too.

Don’t worry about it! It will grow back in time! My cat had a wound on her back just below her head and as soon as it was healing, she’d scratch it and it would be just as worse! It took her about three weeks before it was healed properly! I was scared too, I really thought her fur wouldn’t grow back on that spot but she is back to normal and as beautiful as she was before!! So, I’m sure you’re cat will be just fine! It takes awhile to grow back like it was but it will!!! Just be patient!!
